Obsidian Helm is a by-invitation private technology, cybersecurity and AI office operated by IT Cares Canada (founded 2014). These terms govern use of obsidianhelm.com and any engagement.
Access is by application and at our sole discretion. We accept a limited number of principals each year. Submitting a request does not create an engagement.
Our memberships are designed for principals with US$2,000,000 or more in annual income. If your needs fall below this threshold, we recommend our sister service remotefix247.com.
Entry is a Private Strategy Session at US$4,999.99 (up to two hours), credited in full toward any membership. Membership tiers are quoted privately. Fees are non-refundable once work has begun, except as required by law.
Every engagement is conducted under a mutual non-disclosure agreement. We do not disclose client identities, and we expect the same discretion in return.
We provide senior advisory and managed technology services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, ranking or absolute security. Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
